We are pleased to announce that our $2.2 million renovation of our guest suites and public areas is complete. In our guest suites you'll find all new contemporary wood cabinetry and stainless steel kitchen appliance ensembles, living areas with custom crafted trestle style desks, desktop power and charging stations, FREE Wi-Fi, and HDTV, faux leather task chairs, sleek new cordless telephones, and distinctive porcelain desk lamps, along with granite tops on the night stands. You'll also see new carpet throughout the hotel corridors and public areas as well as elegantly re-designed function space.

Monday: Southwest Potato Pancake Benedict- Poached eggs with a Chipotle Hollandaise over ham and potato pancake. Also, plain scrambled eggs, and home fried potatoes.
Tuesday: Breakfast Tacos-Egg, Bacon, Cheddar Cheese & Potato and Chorizo, Cheddar Cheese & Egg. Also Plain scrambled eggs and home fried potatoes.

Monday: Grilled Jumbo Dogs and all the stuff to put on 'em and make your own Nachos. Fresh mixed greens tossed with apple-pear vinaigrette, tomatoes, mushrooms and pine nuts Also, pasta salad and fresh vegetable crudités with ranch dressing.
Tuesday: Meatballs Marinara & Western BBQ Style with slider rolls. Caesar Salad of chopped romaine tossed with shredded parmesan and herb croutons. Also, Mediterranean Quinoa Salad and fresh vegetable crudités with creamy ranch dip.
Wednesday: Crispy Vegetable Spring Rolls, home-made fried rice, Asian Slaw-a julienne of zucchini and broccoli with sesame citrus dressing and Fresh spinach salad tossed with dried cranberries, sliced eggs, mushrooms in raspberry vinaigrette. Also, vegetable crudités and creamy ranch dip.
Thursday: Buffalo Wings-Hot and Teriyaki, Take your pick…traditional hot sauce or cilantro-lime Teriyaki. Fresh mixed greens tossed with apple-pear vinaigrette, tomatoes, mushrooms and pine nuts. Also, Mediterranean Quinoa Salad and vegetable crudités with creamy ranch dip.
Friday: Pizza, Pizza! Flat bread pizzas with a variety of toppings, including: vegetarian, pepperoni & jalapeno, cheese, pineapple & ham. Caesar Salad of chopped romaine tossed with shredded parmesan and herb croutons. Antipasto salad and vegetable crudités with creamy ranch dip.
Saturday: Pulled Pork Sliders with BBQ Sauce, Mac n’ Cheese and French Fries. Homemade pineapple Cole slaw and Tossed salad of fresh mixed greens salad tossed with strawberries, candied pecans, feta cheese, and raspberry vinaigrette. Also, vegetable crudités with creamy ranch dip.
Sunday: Make Your Own Taco or Tostada Salad, Seasoned ground beef with all the traditional toppings. Roasted corn salad with diced grilled red peppers, Fresh spinach salad tossed with dried cranberries, sliced hard boiled eggs, mushrooms, and pine nuts with balsamic vinaigrette.
Everyday Accompaniments...Fresh made popcorn with assorted flavored seasonings, tortilla chips with our fresh homemade salsa (poco caliente), pretzels and potato chips
